As a business owner, I get asked often “what stands out for your business and makes it different from the competition?” I have put a lot of thought into this and I have answered in different ways.

I have emphasized “who we serve”. More than many tutoring organizations active today, our education focus is geared mainly towards students who struggle in school. I have also highlighted the integrated aspect of our approach. We believe that academics does not exist in isolation and education is complex. We integrate development strategies, education and recreation, to create environments that respond to the varied learning and development needs of our clients.

However, while working with one of my students. Almost towards the ending of our session, I got a clear understanding of our most powerful and distinctive trait: we sell patience. It is the patience we give to each individual child and their learning and development process is what resounds from our parents and students. This is what distinguishes us and what makes us proud as an organization. The population we work with require relentless patience and attention.
