Our Learning Labs are intentionally small-group experiences designed to support children’s growth, confidence, and development. Each lab is thoughtfully designed to meet students where they are while providing opportunities to learn, explore, connect and grow.

Kindergarten Readiness Lab

Designed for children entering kindergarten in the fall, this Learning Lab meets three times per week for one hour. Through meaningful learning experiences, hands-on activities, and opportunities for social interaction, children build the foundational skills, confidence, and independence needed for a successful transition to elementary school.

Reading & Writing Lab

Designed to strengthen literacy skills and build confident readers and writers, this Learning Lab supports students in developing phonics, spelling, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and written expression. Through fun and engaging reading and writing experiences, students deepen their understanding of language while strengthening the skills needed for academic success.

Problem Solvers Math Lab

Through exploration, investigations, projects, games, and hands-on learning experiences, students engage with mathematical concepts in meaningful and engaging ways. The lab connects curiosity, play, and discovery to deeper mathematical thinking while encouraging problem solving, collaboration, and thoughtful exploration.

Middle School Starters Lab

Middle school brings new expectations, greater independence, and increased academic demands. Designed for students entering or completing their first year of middle school, this Learning Lab helps students successfully navigate this important transition by enhancing academic skills and developing the habits needed to thrive in this new learning environment. While the primary academic focus is on English Language Arts and Mathematics, students engage in meaningful learning experiences that foster independence, collaboration, responsibility, and thoughtful engagement with learning.

Journey Back: Back-to-School Boot Camp
